Terms & conditions
These terms apply to your Onestop account and to this website. They are between you and Squirrelhog Pty Ltd (ABN 83 659 968 439, ACN 659 968 439), which builds and operates the Onestop suite.
1. What these terms cover — and what they do not
These terms cover the account you use to sign in, and the onestophub.com.au website.
They do not replace the terms of any individual product. When you use Onestop CPE, Onestop QMS or Onestop Approve, that product has its own terms and conditions, which govern your use of it — including subscription periods, fees, billing, refunds, organisation accounts and the handling of the records you create:
Where these terms and a product's own terms conflict on a matter specific to that product, the product's terms prevail for that product.
2. Definitions
Account means an Onestop account: the sign-in credential you use to reach one or more Onestop Products.
Australian Consumer Law means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Onestop Products means Onestop CPE, Onestop QMS, Onestop Approve, and any other product Squirrelhog makes available through an Account.
Site means the website at onestophub.com.au.
Squirrelhog, we, us and our mean Squirrelhog Pty Ltd.
You means the person who holds or uses an Account, or who uses the Site.
3. Accepting these terms
By creating an Account, signing in, or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you are creating an Account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, to hold an Account.
4. Creating and holding an Account
- The details you give us must be accurate, and you must keep them up to date.
- An Account is personal to you. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else sign in as you.
- You are responsible for everything done through your Account.
- We may refuse to create, or may remove, an Account where these terms have been breached or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
5. Account security
You must keep your password and any other credentials secure, and must not disclose them to anyone. We strongly recommend turning on multi-factor authentication.
Tell us immediately at rick@squirrelhog.com if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
6. One sign-in, several products
An Account may be used to sign in to more than one Onestop Product. Holding an Account does not by itself give you access to any particular product. Access to a product depends on having a current subscription, seat or invitation for that product, on that product's terms.
If your access to one product ends, your Account and your access to other products are not automatically affected.
7. Signing in with Google, Apple or Facebook
You may choose to sign in using a third-party account. If you do, you remain bound by that provider's terms as well as these, and we receive limited profile information from them as described in our Privacy policy. You can stop using a third-party sign-in at any time, provided you have another way to sign in.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use an Account or the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Account, system or network, or probe, scan or test the security of any of them;
- attempt to sign in using credentials that are not yours, or use automated tools to guess, harvest or test credentials;
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Onestop Product, except to the extent this restriction cannot lawfully be excluded;
- interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Site or any Onestop Product;
- copy, scrape or republish the content of the Site other than as permitted by law; or
- behave abusively towards our staff, contractors or other users.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an Account, immediately and without notice, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our systems, other users or ourselves — for example on a serious or repeated breach of clause 8, on suspected fraud, or where required by law. Where practical we will tell you why, and what you can do about it.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting us. Closing an Account ends your ability to sign in. It does not by itself cancel a subscription to any Onestop Product, or affect fees already payable — cancel those under that product's terms. The handling of records you created in a product after termination is governed by that product's terms and privacy policy.
10. The Site
The Site is provided for general information. We take reasonable care with it, but we do not warrant that its content is complete, current or free of error, and it is not professional, legal, tax or compliance advice. Nothing on the Site forms part of any contract for an Onestop Product unless that product's terms say so.
The Site links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the Account sign-in and the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may carry out maintenance and updates, which may interrupt access. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can; urgent maintenance may proceed without notice.
Access depends on the internet and on services we do not control, including third-party sign-in providers. We are not liable for interruptions caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms. Our Cookie policy explains what this site stores on your device.
13. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Site and in the Onestop Products — including software, code, designs, trade marks, business names, logos and content — remains owned by Squirrelhog or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. You are given a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site and your Account for their intended purpose.
Rights in the records you create inside an Onestop Product are dealt with in that product's terms.
14. Consumer guarantees and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited at our option to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity; and
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, under the terms of the Onestop Product concerned.
You indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage, liability, expense or cost we suffer arising out of your breach of these terms or your negligent or unlawful act or omission, except to the extent we caused it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page, with the review date shown at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use your Account or the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may close your Account.
16. Notices
Notices to us may be sent to rick@squirrelhog.com. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your Account, or posted on the Site.
17. General
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are not affected.
- A failure or delay by us in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right.
- We may assign, license or sub-contract our rights and obligations under these terms. You may not assign yours without our consent.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and you and we submit to the courts of New South Wales.
